On Monday, November 11, 2024, we received the following email from the Liberal Party.

Thank you for your message, and for the advocacy you folks are doing on behalf of blind and visually impaired students and families. 

If elected, a Nova Scotia Liberal government will happily support the implementation of a task force to work on ensuring that all students have the education experience that they deserve. Our platform also speaks to our plans to invest in professional development opportunities for educators, so that school staff are well-equipped to support students with diverse needs.
